The XN1E-LV413Q4MR is an illuminated emergency stop switch featuring a 40mm mushroom operator with 3 normally closed (3NC) main contacts and 1 normally open (1NO) monitor contact. This plastic bezel e-stop operates on 24V AC/DC ±10% with 15mA LED current and incorporates IDEC's safe break action mechanism ensuring contacts remain open when the contact block is detached. The device features push-to-lock and pull/turn-to-reset operation with operating forces of 32N for push-to-lock and 21N for pull-to-reset, along with a turn-to-reset torque requirement of 0.27 N·m. It is rated for -25°C to +55°C operating temperature (illuminated model), 45–85% RH humidity, and achieves IP65 protection at the operator and IP20 at the terminal. The switch delivers 250,000 minimum mechanical operations and 100,000 minimum electrical operations at rated load, with contact resistance of 50mO maximum and gold-plated silver contacts.
