DESCRIPTION
053513-2273-001 is a D'M series high-reliability D-Sub connector designed for demanding industrial and electronic applications requiring robust signal and power transmission. The connector features 25 contacts in size 20 configuration with a pin gender and straight PCB contact type, supporting wire gauges from AWG 20-28 and delivering a maximum current rating of 7.5 A per contact. It is constructed with a steel shell finished in pure tin over nickel, a thermoplastic insulator (PCT UL 94V-0 rated), and copper alloy contacts with 30 microinch gold over 50 microinch nickel plating, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The connector operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, withstands 1000 VAC dielectric voltage at sea level, and maintains contact resistance below 7.5 milli Ohm, with a rated lifespan of 200 mating cycles.
