DESCRIPTION

053742-0000 is a coaxial receptacle connector contact designed for use in Cannon Combo D cable assemblies. This contact is engineered for 50 ohm coaxial applications and is available in both straight and 90-degree configurations to accommodate various cable routing requirements. The contact features gold plating options including gold over nickel and 50 µin gold over copper finishes for enhanced durability and electrical performance. It is compatible with RG cable types including 178BIU, 179BIU, 180BIU, 58BIU, and 316BIU, and supports both crimp braid and solder braid termination methods. The receptacle contact is commonly used in military, aerospace, and industrial applications where reliable high-frequency signal transmission and mechanical durability are essential.
