DESCRIPTION

DAM-3WK3S-A197 is a Combo D Series D-Subminiature connector offering mixed layouts with a 3WK3 contact arrangement (3 empty size 8 cavities). It supports wire gauges from AWG 8-26 and is rated for a maximum signal contact current of 7.5 A, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC at sea level. The connector features a steel shell with pure tin over nickel finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance as demonstrated by its 20-hour salt spray test rating. Operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, this connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and harsh environment applications requiring robust electrical connections.
