DESCRIPTION

KPT02A8-4S is a box mounting receptacle connector from ITT Cannon's KPT series, designed for harsh-environment applications in accordance with MIL-DTL-26482 Series I standards. The connector features shell size 8 with 4 contacts and is equipped with solder pot or glued-in contact assembly, making it ideal for prototype solutions and military vehicle applications. It incorporates a ½ turn positive bayonet coupling for quick mating and unmatting, environmental sealing to IP67 and IP68, and is intermatable with all products designed to MIL-DTL-26482 Series I. The connector offers shielded backshell accessories and RoHS compliant plating alternatives including Tin Zinc, Nickel, Zinc Nickel, and Zinc Cobalt versions.
