DESCRIPTION

M24308/3-2F is a subminiature rectangular connector plug designed to meet MIL-C-24308 requirements for aircraft, missile, and ground support equipment applications. The connector features a DA shell size with solder-type non-removable contacts that are factory-installed, along with a rugged aluminum shell with cadmium plating and yellow chromate supplementary coating for superior vibration and moisture resistance. The front mounting configuration provides dimensional specifications including overall length of 31.34 mm (1.234 inches) and width of 15.67 mm (0.617 inches), with contact spacing and alignment features designed for reliable mating. All assemblies are provided with nylon potting cups and dust caps to protect against environmental contamination. This connector is ideal for demanding aerospace and defense applications requiring robust electrical connections with proven field reliability.
