DESCRIPTION

096513-0864 is a Micro-D (MDM) series metal shell connector designed for applications requiring highly reliable, extremely small, and lightweight connectors with high-density contact configurations. The connector features aluminum shells providing greater strength and electromagnetic (EMI) and RFI shielding, along with a silicone elastomer compression interfacial seal for moisture and humidity protection between contacts. It utilizes size 24 MICROPIN/MICROSOCKET contacts on 0.050" (1.27 mm) centers, available in shell sizes accommodating 9 to 100 contacts including special arrangements for power and coaxial contacts. These rugged, moisture-sealed microminiature connectors are ideal for demanding environmental applications where high performance and reliability are critical.
