DESCRIPTION

The 03028-BX103ZKZC7189 is a DSCC-approved surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC) in EIA 0603 case size with BX dielectric formulation. This device is rated for 25V (Z voltage code) with a nominal capacitance of 10nF (103 capacitance code) and ±5% tolerance (J tolerance code). It features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 250V, insulation resistance of 1000 MO·µF minimum at 25°C, and a maximum dissipation factor of 3.5% at 25°C. The capacitor operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum capacitance change of ±15% at 0 Vdc and +15%/-25% at 100% rated voltage, and exhibits an aging rate of 1% maximum per decade hour. This DSCC-approved component is suitable for defense and aerospace applications requiring stringent reliability standards, high-temperature stability, and compliance with MIL-PRF-55681 specifications.
