DESCRIPTION

The FT0H105ZF is a radial cylindrical double-layer supercapacitor from KEMET's FT series, rated at 1 F capacitance with a 5.5 VDC maximum voltage and -20/+80% capacitance tolerance. It features an equivalent series resistance of 3500 mOhms at 1 kHz and a ripple current rating of 3.5 mA over 30 minutes, with a discharge value of 1.3 F.
