The 65-0097-2331 is an organic acid, water-soluble liquid flux developed for soldering circuit board assemblies. This flux features a unique, neutral pH chemistry that provides excellent ionic cleanliness and is classified as ORH1 per J-STD-004. With a specific gravity of 0.899 ± 0.005 and 33% solids content, it offers high activity while minimizing issues like icicling and bridging. It is chemically compatible with most solder masks and board laminates, making it suitable for soldering critical assemblies in the computer and telecommunications industries.
