DESCRIPTION

The 11063W is a Katapult® solid and stranded wire stripper/cutter designed for professional electricians and technicians requiring reliable insulation removal and wire cutting in a single tool. It strips 8–24 AWG solid wire (6.0 mm² to 0.34 mm²) and 10–22 AWG stranded wire with a compound-action mechanism that grips and strips via a single-action squeezing motion, removing up to 1 inch (25 mm) of insulation in one step. The tool features precision-machined stripping holes that remove insulation without damaging the conductor, a tension-loaded wire-grip that gently holds the cable while retaining its geometry, and a cast alloy chassis with heavy-duty Ecoat finish for corrosion resistance. With an overall length of 6-19/32 inches (167.5 mm), a hold-open spring for convenient one-handed operation, and a blue/black handle, this tool is ideal for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work where speed and wire integrity are critical.
