The ECF504-12AAS is a 12-foot USB Type A jack to USB Type A plug cable assembly designed for reliable USB 2.0 data and power connectivity. The cable features one 28 AWG twisted pair for data signals plus two 20 AWG power conductors, with overall aluminized polyester shield and tined copper braid shield for comprehensive EMI protection. The assembly includes a molded PVC hood and strain relief in light gray, with a USB jack mounted on a printed circuit board and bulkhead housing constructed from ABS with conductive lining and applied plating. Rated for 2 A maximum current at 125 VDC with contact plating of 30 microinches gold over nickel, and operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, this cable meets USB 2.0 requirements and UL94V-0 compliance.
