DESCRIPTION

GT22MCBE is a sealed ultraminiature double-pole single-throw (DPST) toggle switch designed for compact electronic applications requiring reliable switching functionality. The switch features sealed construction against solder and cleaning process contaminants, with a contact rating of 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC, and contact resistance below 50 mO typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA current. It offers mechanical and electrical life of 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load, with an insulation resistance of 10? O minimum and dielectric strength of 500 Vrms minimum at sea level. The switch operates reliably over a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C and is constructed with glass-filled nylon 4/6 housing (UL 94V-0 flame retardant), copper alloy contacts with gold plating, and gold-plated terminals. GT22MCBE is ideal for hand-held telecommunications equipment and small instrumentation applications where ultraminiature size, high reliability, and sealed construction are essential.
