DESCRIPTION

The PTS645VH39 is a 6 mm tactile switch from the PTS645 Series designed for momentary action applications with SPST, normally open contact arrangement. This switch features vertical termination with PC pins, a 200 grams actuation force (H option), and a 3.85 mm actuator height to PCB, providing reliable tactile feedback for user interface applications. The switch is constructed with a 6/6 nylon or glass-filled polyester base (UL 94V-0), phosphor bronze silver-clad dome contacts, and brass silver-plated stationary contacts and terminals. It delivers a contact rating of 50 mA at 12 V DC, dielectric strength of 250 V AC minimum, and contact resistance of 100 mO maximum initial, with an insulation resistance of 10?4 O minimum and a life expectancy of 100,000 operations. The switch operates reliably across an environmental temperature range of -40°C to 60°C, making it suitable for consumer products, instrumentation, computer products, and industrial applications.
