DESCRIPTION

CLB-103-27E3N-B-A is a compact single-pole pushbutton thermal circuit protector from the CLB-Series designed for overcurrent protection in household appliances, transportation, marine, and medical equipment. The device is rated for 3 amperes at 125-250VAC or 32VDC with a 3/8" (9.53 mm) 27 UNS threaded mounting hole, Type E plastic bushing, and no mounting nut. It features a black button with Type A straight terminal configuration and includes a push-to-reset mechanism for manual circuit restoration. The breaker offers dielectric strength of 2500 VAC/1 minute, insulation resistance of 100 megohms, voltage drop less than 0.25V, and operates reliably across -10°C to 60°C with appropriate derating factors. This device is UL, CUL, CSA, TUV, and CE approved, including UL1500/ISO8846 certification for ignition protection and marine applications, making it suitable for power strips, audio-visual equipment, and power supplies requiring compact, reliable thermal protection.
