DESCRIPTION

The 37TB24F is a military-class terminal block designed for secure electrical connections in demanding aerospace and defense applications. This 24-pole block features molded-in brass terminals with improved Kulka design for greater strength and flexibility, and mounting holes are covered with molded-in reinforcement straddle plates. The block is rated for a maximum voltage of 300 V RMS with a dielectric withstand voltage of 3000 V RMS, and carries a maximum current of 15 A at 60 Hz. It accommodates #16 AWG wire with #6 screw terminals and is constructed from Grade F plastic (155°C per MIL-M-14) with nickel-plated brass screws and terminal plates per military specifications A-A-59125 and MIL-T-55164. The recommended torque for terminal fastening is 8–10 lb-in (0.9–1.1 N·m). This terminal block is ideal for military avionics, power distribution systems, and other high-reliability applications requiring robust multi-pole connections.
