DESCRIPTION

The MICROCHIP TECH. 24AA16T-I/MC is a high-performance Serial EEPROM with a 16KB memory size. It utilizes the IÂ²C interface to allow easy communication with various microcontrollers and other devices. This EEPROM operates at a wide voltage range of 1.7 to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 400kHz. Enclosed in an 8-lead DFN package, it is suitable for space-constrained applications. This device operates reliably in a temperature range of -40Â°C to +85Â°C and is supplied in a convenient tape and reel format.
