DESCRIPTION

The ATF22V10C-10NM/883 is a high-performance, military-grade CMOS Programmable Logic Device (PLD). It features a propagation delay of 10 ns, an input setup time of 4.5 ns, and a clock-to-output delay of 6.5 ns. This device is designed to operate over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is supplied in a 28-lead Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (LCC) package. Its reprogrammable nature and high-reliability CMOS process make it suitable for applications such as glue logic, DMA control, and state machine control in demanding environments.
