DESCRIPTION

The CL320SG-G is a 3-channel linear driver designed to power three separate strings of LEDs at a constant current of 20mA. It maintains a current accuracy of ±6.0% over an output voltage range of 4.0V to 15V and features a high standoff voltage of 90V. Each channel has a separate enable pin, which allows for PWM dimming, 3-step linear dimming, or individual disconnection of LED strings. The device also incorporates over-temperature protection, shutting down all channels when the die temperature reaches a nominal 135°C. Housed in a RoHS compliant 8-Lead SOIC package with a heat slug, the CL320SG-G is ideal for applications like LCD backlighting and indicator lamps.
