DESCRIPTION

The HV823LG-G is a high-voltage driver IC designed for driving EL lamps with a capacitance of up to 50nF. It operates on a supply voltage ranging from 2.0V to 9.5V and delivers a typical peak-to-peak output voltage of 180V. Key features include adjustable output lamp and converter frequencies to control lamp color and power consumption, as well as an enable/disable function for low power modes. This driver is ideal for backlighting applications in portable devices such as handheld computers, GPS units, cellular phones, and electronic organizers.
