DESCRIPTION

The MCP4131T-103E/SN is a single-channel, 7-bit digital potentiometer with volatile memory, designed for variable resistance and voltage divider applications. It features a 10 kΩ end-to-end resistance with 129 wiper steps and a typical wiper resistance of 75 Ω. The device is controlled via a 10 MHz SPI serial interface and operates over a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. Key features include a low ratiometric temperature coefficient of 15 ppm/°C and an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for precision calibration, sensor trimming, and adjustable gain control.
