DESCRIPTION

The MCP4231T-103E/ML from Microchip Technology is 7-bit volatile linear digital potentiometer. This double circuit digital potentiometer has 10k Ohms resistance, ±20% tolerance and 150ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The MCP4231T-103E/ML operates at 1.8V to 5.5V voltage range and comes in 16-VQFN exposed pad package. Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 125°C.
