DESCRIPTION

The MCP73213T-A6SI/MF is a linear battery charger controller designed for Li-Ion and Li-Pol batteries. It is capable of charging batteries with a maximum current of 1000mA and can charge up to 8.4V. The device comes in a compact 10-pin DFN EP package and is supplied in tape and reel for easy integration into manufacturing processes.
