DESCRIPTION
The MIC38HC45YM is a fixed-frequency, current-mode PWM controller built on a high-performance, low-power BiCMOS process. This device provides a high output drive with 1A peak current, fast 20ns rise and 15ns fall times, and CMOS outputs with rail-to-rail swing. Key characteristics for the MIC38HC45 include a maximum duty cycle of 50%, a startup UVLO threshold of 8.4V, and a minimum operating voltage of 7.6V. With an ultra-low typical startup current of 50 µA and an operating frequency of up to 500 kHz, it is designed for high-efficiency power conversion.
