DESCRIPTION

The MIC803-26D3VC3-TR is a single-voltage supervisor circuit designed for accurate power supply monitoring and reset generation in microprocessor-based systems. It is factory-programmed to assert a reset signal if the supply voltage drops below a nominal threshold of 2.63V. After the voltage recovers, the open-drain /RESET output remains asserted for a minimum timeout period of 140 ms. This device features a low supply current of 4.5µA (typical), operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is housed in a compact SC70-3 package. Its precise monitoring and low power consumption make it ideal for portable equipment, solid-state drives, embedded controllers, and other critical microcomputer applications.
