DESCRIPTION

The MIC94068YML-TR is a dual high-side power switch designed for operation between 1.7V and 5.5V. It contains a pair of low on-resistance P-channel MOSFETs that support over 2A of continuous current and features a slew rate controlled soft-start turn-on of 800µs (typical) to prevent in-rush current. The device has a typical on-resistance (RON) of 85mΩ, a low quiescent current of 2µA, and a micro-power shutdown current of less than 1µA. Its wide operating voltage range and low current consumption make it ideal for power management in portable, battery-powered applications such as cellular phones, PDAs, and digital cameras.
