DESCRIPTION

The QT60240-ISG is a QMatrix™ touch sensor IC designed to manage up to 24 keys for low-cost mobile and consumer electronics. It operates on a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V and uses a transverse charge-transfer sensing method configured in a matrix to minimize pin count. The device communicates via an I2C slave mode interface at up to 100kHz or can be configured for parallel output. Key features include self-calibration, auto drift compensation, noise filtering, and Adjacent Key Suppression (AKS) for robust performance. Packaged in a 32-pin MLF, it is suitable for applications such as mobile phones, remote controls, domestic appliances, and PC peripherals.
