DESCRIPTION

The SG1524BJ-883B is a regulating pulse width modulator designed for high-performance switching power supplies. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 7V to 40V and features an adjustable oscillator with a frequency range of 100Hz to 400kHz. The device includes a 5V reference voltage trimmed to ±1% accuracy, dual 100 mA output transistors, and an undervoltage lockout circuit for stable operation. Specified for the military ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and housed in a 16-pin CERDIP package, it is ideal for demanding industrial and military applications requiring high reliability.
