DESCRIPTION

The SY89540UMY is a precision 4x4 LVDS crosspoint switch that provides low-skew, low-jitter signal routing. It guarantees data throughput from DC up to 3.2Gbps with a propagation delay of less than 480ps. The device features a unique 3-pin input termination architecture that directly interfaces to AC or DC-coupled differential signals, while the LVDS outputs maintain fast rise/fall times under 120ps. With an ultra-low typical phase jitter of 95fs RMS and a 2.5V ±5% power supply, this switch is optimized for demanding applications like SONET/SDH, Fibre Channel, and Gigabit Ethernet.
