DESCRIPTION

The TC7660SEOA713 is a charge pump integrated circuit manufactured by MICROCHIP TECH. It is designed to efficiently generate an inverted, stepped-up output voltage ranging from -12V to -1.5V or a positive stepped-up voltage from 3V to 24V.
