DESCRIPTION

The G3VM-21GR1(TR) is a low ON-resistance, SPST-NO MOS FET relay designed for applications requiring a low capacitance-resistance product (C x R). This relay operates with a 20 V load voltage and can handle a continuous load current of 300 mA. It is characterized by a very low typical ON-resistance of 1 Ω and a typical output capacitance of 5 pF, achieving a low C × R product of 5 pF·Ω. Housed in a compact SOP 4-pin package, it is well-suited for high-speed signal switching in applications such as semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement systems, and communication equipment.
