The 74VHC123AMTCX is an advanced high-speed CMOS dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator designed for pulse generation and timing applications. It achieves high-speed operation with a typical propagation delay of 8.1 ns while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation, with a maximum quiescent supply current of 4µA. Each multivibrator features negative (A) and positive (B) transition-triggered inputs, a clear (CLR) input for resetting, and power-down protection on all inputs. Operating over a wide 2.0V to 5.5V supply range, this device is ideal for interfacing 5V to 3V systems and other applications requiring precise timing control.
