DESCRIPTION

The FSA4157P6X is a high-performance Single Pole/Double Throw (SPDT) analog switch fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology for fast switching speeds. This device operates over a broad VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V and features an ultra-low on-resistance (RON) of 1.15Ω maximum at 4.5V VCC. It is designed with break-before-make circuitry and has an over-voltage tolerant, TTL-compatible control input. Housed in a space-saving 6-lead SC70 package, the FSA4157P6X is well-suited for signal routing in portable and battery-powered devices.
