DESCRIPTION

The MBR1H100SFT3G is a surface-mount Schottky power rectifier designed for high-frequency rectification and protection applications. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A. This rectifier features a low forward voltage, typically 0.76V at 1.0A, and supports a wide operating junction temperature range from -65°C to +175°C. Due to its compact SOD-123FL package, the device is ideal for space-constrained applications such as AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and as a freewheeling diode in portable and battery-powered products.
