DESCRIPTION

The MBR3100RLG is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier rated for 3.0 A and 100 V. It features a low maximum forward voltage of 0.79 V at 3.0 A and a high surge capacity of 150 A. This device is designed for low power loss and high efficiency, with a wide operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
