DESCRIPTION

The MC33151PG is a high-speed, dual inverting MOSFET driver designed for applications requiring low-current digital circuits to drive large capacitive loads. It features two independent channels with 1.5 A totem-pole outputs, enabling fast switching with typical rise and fall times of 15 ns into a 1000 pF load. The device has CMOS/LSTTL compatible inputs with hysteresis for clean switching, operates over a supply range of 6.5 V to 18 V, and includes an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) feature to prevent erratic operation. Common applications for this driver include switching power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, and motor controllers.
