DESCRIPTION

The OPB618 is a slotted optical switch which consists of an 890nm, infrared Light Emitting Diode (LED) and a monolithic integrated circuit that incorporates a photodiode, a linear amplifier and a Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip.
