DESCRIPTION

The MCC-USB-8-250-BK is a shielded bulk cable designed for USB Revision 2.0 applications. Its construction features one 28AWG tinned copper twisted pair and two 28AWG tinned copper conductors within a black PVC jacket. To ensure signal integrity, the cable incorporates dual shielding with an AL-foil/mylar wrap and a tinned copper braid with 65% minimum coverage, maintaining a differential impedance of 90Ω ±15%. It is rated for operation up to 75°C and meets UL Type CM and CSA FT4 flame test standards. This cable is ideal for manufacturing custom-length USB assemblies for reliable data and power transmission in various electronic applications.
