DESCRIPTION
The EX-L211-P is an ultra-compact, thru-beam type laser sensor from the EX-L200 series, specifically engineered for minute object detection. It provides a reliable sensing range of 1 meter and features a PNP open-collector transistor output. The sensor projects an emission spot of approximately 6 x 4 mm at its maximum range, allowing it to detect opaque objects as small as ø0.3 mm with a typical repeatability of 0.01 mm. Operating on a 12 to 24 V DC supply, this Class 1 laser sensor has a fast response time of 0.5 ms or less. Its IP67-rated enclosure ensures robust performance in dusty or wet environments, making it ideal for high-precision applications like component positioning and substrate detection in automated machinery.
