DESCRIPTION
The GH-2SE is an ultra-compact cylindrical inductive proximity sensor designed for high-speed sensing applications requiring minimal space. It features a 2.8 mm (0.110 in) diameter housing with a maximum operation distance of 1.2 mm (0.047 in) and a stable sensing range of 0 to 0.6 mm (0 to 0.024 in), delivering hysteresis of 0.07 mm (0.003 in) or less. The sensor achieves a maximum response frequency of 3.3 kHz, making it ideal for detecting objects moving at high speeds, and operates with an IP67G rating for reliable performance in industrial environments. The GH-2SE integrates with the GA-311 amplifier, which provides NPN open-collector output, switchable normally open/normally closed operation, and operates on 12 to 24 V DC supply with current consumption of 25 mA or less. This compact sensor is particularly suited for precision applications in automation, assembly lines, and high-speed production systems where space constraints and rapid response requirements are critical.
