DESCRIPTION

NA1-11-PN is a small slim object detection area sensor designed to detect thin objects such as postcards and business cards using a cross-beam scanning system. The sensor features a sensing height of 100 mm with 11 emitting and receiving elements spaced at 10 mm pitch, enabling detection of objects as small as ø13.5 mm. It operates with a supply voltage of 12 to 24 V DC (±10%), has a sensing range of 0.17 to 1 m, and provides PNP open-collector transistor output with a maximum current of 100 mA. The device is extremely slim at just 10 mm thick and includes a large 55 mm wide indicator on both emitter and receiver for clear visibility. This sensor is ideal for detecting falling objects with uncertain paths, monitoring edges of moving objects on assembly lines, and other industrial detection applications where space is limited.
