DESCRIPTION
The PM2-LF10 is a convergent reflective micro photoelectric sensor with built-in amplifier designed for precise detection of small objects in industrial automation applications. It features a connector-type front sensing configuration with a convergent point at 5 mm and can detect objects as small as a ø0.05 mm copper wire at the optimum setting distance. The sensor operates on 5 to 24 V DC (±10%) with average current consumption of 25 mA or less and peak current of 80 mA or less, providing NPN open-collector transistor output with a maximum sink current of 100 mA and response time of 0.8 ms or less. It is rated for ambient temperatures from -10 to +55 °C (operating) and -25 to +80 °C (storage), with 45 to 85% relative humidity, and includes an infrared LED emitter (880 nm peak wavelength) with red LED operation indicator. The PM2-LF10 is ideal for positioning and passage confirmation of printed circuit boards, sensing capacitors in trays, and other precision detection tasks requiring stable convergent reflective sensing in industrial environments.
