DESCRIPTION

The ERT-J1VR103J is a standard type, multilayer NTC thermistor designed for temperature sensing and compensation. It provides a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at 25°C with a ±5% tolerance and a B value of 4250 K (25/50K). This 0603 size surface-mount device operates reliably over a wide temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C and has a rated maximum power dissipation of 100 mW. With its highly reliable monolithic structure and RoHS compliance, it is ideal for applications such as temperature detection in CPUs and battery packs, or temperature compensation for crystal oscillators and LCDs.
