DESCRIPTION

The 057-020-153 is a Lat-Con Series 057 180° box header connector designed for reliable PCB interconnection applications. It features a 2.54 mm pitch with a current rating of 3.0 A per contact and a maximum contact resistance of 20 mO, supporting withstand voltages of 1000 V AC/DC with an insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum. The connector utilizes copper alloy contacts with gold or tin plating over nickel, housed in a PBT insulator material (UL94 V-0 rated), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This connector is commonly used in industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics where robust, cost-effective board-to-board or board-to-cable connections are required.
