DESCRIPTION
The 929952-10 is a 3M™ Pak 100 Shunt designed for 0.100" spacing applications with a double wipe contact architecture that ensures reliable and failure-free operation. This shunt features a blue color-coded body with 75 µ" nickel underplate and 10 µ" gold plating in the wipe area, providing excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. The contact is constructed from copper alloy and housed in a glass-filled polyester (PBT) insulation body rated UL 94V-0. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with a current rating of 2 A, insulation resistance exceeding 5 × 10? O at 500 VDC, and withstanding voltage of 1500 Vrms at sea level. The shunt features a loop hole on top for easy removal during testing, an open top contact for direct probing, and comes in breakable strips of 20 units for enhanced robotic handling. This design is ideal for test fixtures, probe applications, and automated assembly environments where reliable contact performance and easy maintenance are critical.
