DESCRIPTION

The DP-100NS is a two-part, non-sag translucent epoxy adhesive designed for applications requiring a fast cure and minimal running or dripping. It features a 1:1 mix ratio by volume and has a worklife of approximately 5 minutes at room temperature. The base resin has a viscosity of 90,000-150,000 cps, while the accelerator is 50,000-85,000 cps, contributing to its non-sag characteristic. The adhesive reaches handling strength in 15-20 minutes and fully cures in 24-48 hours, achieving a Shore D hardness of 80-85. Its controlled flow and rapid strength build-up make it ideal for bonding, potting, and encapsulating various substrates including metals and plastics.
