DESCRIPTION

The S201MUC-K40 is a miniature circuit breaker from the S200UDC-K series, designed for branch circuit protection in DC systems. It is a single-pole device with a rated current of 40 A and a rated voltage of 60 VDC. This UL 489 listed breaker features a K-curve tripping characteristic, which is designed to accommodate the higher in-rush currents that occur during system start-up. It is particularly suitable for protecting inductive loads such as motors and transformers, and as a DC device, observing correct polarity during installation is required.
