DESCRIPTION

ABMM-20.000MHZ-B2-T is a ceramic surface mount microprocessor crystal designed for precision timing applications in microprocessor-based systems. Operating at 20.000 MHz in fundamental AT-cut mode, this crystal features a compact 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.3 mm package with a maximum equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 50 O, making it suitable for direct integration into modern circuit designs. The device operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C with frequency stability of ±50 ppm maximum over the operating temperature range and ±5 ppm maximum aging in the first year at 25°C. With a shunt capacitance of 7 pF maximum, load capacitance of 18 pF, and drive level of 500 µW maximum (100 µW typical), this crystal is ideal for computers, modems, communication equipment, and test instrumentation requiring reliable frequency reference with RoHS compliance and suitability for reflow soldering.
