DESCRIPTION
The ASEMPC-40.000MHZ-XR-T is a MEMS clock oscillator designed for high-speed communication and storage networking applications. It operates at 40 MHz with multiple output format options (CMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL) and features exceptional frequency stability of ±25 ppm across an extended automotive-grade temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The device is housed in a compact 3.2 × 2.5 × 0.85 mm QFN plastic package with low power consumption, low jitter performance, and high power supply noise rejection of -50 dBc. It includes a tri-state or power-down function on Pin 1 for flexible system integration. The oscillator is RoHS/RoHS II compliant, MIL-STD-883 shock and vibration compliant, and suitable for applications including Ethernet, PCI Express, passive optical networks (EPON, GPON), and storage area networks (SATA, SAS, Fiber Channel).
