DESCRIPTION

The 2845/7-RD001 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical applications requiring reliable insulation and conductivity. It features a 22 AWG (7/30) stranded copper conductor with a nominal 0.006" wall PTFE insulation, providing excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance. The wire is rated for 250V RMS operation and maintains performance across a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C, with a maximum pull tension of 5.5 lbs and a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter. This construction complies with military specification MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-ETX8FB standards, making it suitable for aerospace, industrial control, and laboratory instrumentation applications where durability and regulatory compliance are essential.
